Jeric Properties is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). We are a property deal packaging and sourcing company. Our services involve the identification and introduction of property opportunities — they do not constitute regulated financial advice or investment management under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA).
As a result, investments made through or introduced by Jeric Properties are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). If you have concerns about whether a service is regulated, you should check the FCA Register at register.fca.org.uk.
