Jeric Properties is a registered company with Companies House, operating transparently and in accordance with UK company law.
FCA Regulatory Status
Jeric Properties is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Jeric operates a marketplace platform that lists property opportunities published by independent property professionals. We do not introduce, negotiate, or package deals ourselves, and nothing on the platform constitutes regulated financial advice or investment management under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA).
As a result, transactions arranged between buyers and advertisers on Jeric are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). If you have concerns about whether a service is regulated, you should check the FCA Register at register.fca.org.uk.
We strongly recommend that all buyers and advertisers seek independent financial and legal advice from appropriately regulated professionals before entering into any property transaction.
Our Compliance Practices
Transparent Fees & Charges
We provide clear, written disclosure of all fees and charges before engagement. There are no hidden costs, and all terms are outlined in your service agreement.
No Client Money, No Involvement in Transactions
Jeric does not hold client money and is not party to any transaction between a buyer and an advertiser. Property transactions are conducted directly between the two parties, typically through their own regulated solicitors.
Advertiser Responsibility
Every listing identifies the property professional responsible for its content. Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for meeting their own regulatory obligations.

We strive to provide excellent service, but if you have a complaint:
