Open Roles
Property Sourcer / Deal Analyst
You'll be on the ground identifying off-market property deals across Greater Manchester and the wider North West. You'll build relationships with agents, run deal analysis, and help investors find the right opportunities. Experience in property sourcing or investment is preferred, but a sharp eye for numbers and a hunger to learn matters more.
What you'll do
- Source and evaluate off-market residential investment properties
- Build and maintain relationships with estate agents and vendors
- Conduct area research and market comparables
- Prepare deal packs with financial analysis for investor clients
- Support due diligence through to completion
